The Children of Ineu Romanian Appeal was set up in 2000. As a small Scottish Charity the Appeal is based on the east coast of Fife in the Leven and Largo area. The Appeal aims to bring relief and aid to Romanian orphans living in the district of Ineu in Western Romania.
